Hi, I'm Steve, co-founder and CEO of Treasured Hearts ABA, LLC, author of "Build Your ABA Business in Record Time without Costly Mistakes," and your My-ABA-Biz business success coach. In 2018, I had the crazy idea of building an ABA business. There was just one little problem...I had no clue how to get started. I searched for books and some type of comprehensive guidance but found only a few vague articles on the subject. So, I decided to put my business and systems engineering degrees to work and crafted a business plan. It took over a year to develop and another two years to implement, but with the help of my brilliant wife and business partner, Pamela, M. Ed., BCBA, LBA, we built Treasured Hearts ABA. However, our journey wasn't easy. Without a comprehensive roadmap, we made a lot of mistakes, wasted hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars but eventually, we fine-tuned our processes and built a rock-solid ABA practice. I wrote the book, "Build your ABA Business in Record Time & Avoid Costly Mistakes," so you can have a comprehensive roadmap that will save you time and money as you build your dream ABA practice.

Hi, I'm Pam, co-founder and Program Director of Treasured Hearts ABA, LLC, an in-home and center-based ABA practice, located in beautiful Chesapeake, Virginia.
In Fall, 2020, I had become frustrated with the lack of quality I was seeing with certain ABA companies. In fact, I once worked for an ABA practice that assigned 40 cases to my workload. That is well beyond an ethical caseload! I was frustrated because I couldn't provide the level of quality the clients deserved or the level of support and supervision the technicians needed. I concluded that I could be part of the problem or part of the solution. So, I left that company and helped my husband build Treasured Hearts ABA.
While Steve was building the business, I was building the clinic. Like him, I had to learn as we built and made some mistakes along the way. There were insurance audits, hiring frustrations, software issues, and challenges of finding the space we needed. --What were we thinking!? ;-) However, eventually we figured it out, developed strategies to make it much easier, and now we want to teach you how to build your own ABA practice, and more importantly, how to run it successfully.
